Workshop 1: Lace knitting
Includes the demonstration and guidance to learn to knit a lace-patterned scarf in a selection of three colours chosen at the workshop.
Workshop 2: Stranded Fair Isle
Includes the demonstration and guidance to knit a fair isle headband using pre-prepared ʻkits’ of 4 complementary colours, selected to illustrate effective design options for Fair Isle motifs. The ‘kit’ will be available to choose at the workshop.
Note: Participants need to be knitters competent in basic knitting techniques.
